Hai Hua Community Center (HHCC) has built a robust groundwork for community service in Fairfax County, making a positive impact. Our commitment is to keep nurturing and enhancing our community. We take pride in our dedicated team, composed entirely of unpaid volunteers, and all our services are offered without any fees. HHCC is open to collaborations with other agencies and organizations. To sustain and further develop our essential community services, we sincerely appreciate any financial support or donations. Your contributions make a significant difference!
Helping the Community during pandemic
MASKS PROCUREMENT
(March 2020 - June 2020)
Provided free assistance to medical/dental offices in the procurement of reliable PPE (total 21,900 medical masks and KN95s) during the nationwide PPE shortage.

VACCINATION APPOINTMENT ASSISTANCE (January 2021 - May 2021)
Assist underserved communities and minorities in finding vaccine availability and registering for the COVID-19 vaccine in Fairfax County and Montgomery County.
Community Services
HHCC partner program, Washington My Home TV (WMHTV) launched in Sept. 2007. On air at Fairfax Public Access (FPA, channel 30) addresses the challenges, highlights, and issues for multicultural families. Launched July 2008, on air at Maryland’s Montgomery County channel 19. -HHCC has partnered with Fairfax County Health Department since 2008 in various community programs such as: Community Health Clinic Network (CHCN) open enrollment, flu shot clinic, Pandemic Flu awareness, Emergency Preparedness, COVID vaccination appointment assistance

Service for New Immigrants
To minimize the impact of culture change and to assist in breaking the language barrier for new immigrants, HHCC has been working with Fairfax Health Dept., Fairfax County Park Authority, and Fairfax Area Agency on Aging on various community outreach programs to bridge county information to Asian/Chinese communities. In Feb 2009 we organized the first Fairfax County resource fair to the Chinese speaking community, and in Jan.2010 Chinese Community Health Fair.
